Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala
Let your Daewoo slow cooker do the magic while the rich, fragrant spices fill your kitchen with mouth-watering aromas.

Ingredients:
- 8–12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp tikka curry paste
- 500ml passata
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tbsp malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp light brown soft sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 cardamom pods
- 100ml double cream
- Handful chopped coriander
To serve:
Cooked basmati rice, lime wedges, naan bread

Instructions:
- Fire up your Daewoo slow cooker.
- Season and brown the chicken in a frying pan, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until softened, then deglaze with a splash of water and add to the cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients (except cream and coriander), season, and cook on low for 5-7 hrs or high for 4-5 hrs.
- Stir in the cream, cook for another 10-15 mins, then garnish with coriander.
- Serve with rice, naan, and lime wedges. Yum!

Slow Cooker Lamb Curry
Tender, warming, and full of flavour - this one’s a real crowd-pleaser. Just pop everything in and let your Daewoo slow cooker do the rest.

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp Madras curry paste
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp vegetable bouillon powder
- 25g red lentils
- 210g chickpeas
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 75g curly kale
- 2 lean lamb steaks, diced
To serve:
Cooked brown rice

Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your Daewoo slow cooker with ⅓ can of water. Stir well.
- Chill overnight in the fridge.
- Next day, stir again and cook on low for 6 hrs until everything is tender.
- Serve with brown rice and enjoy!

Air Fryer Veggie Curry
Quick, nutritious, and packed with flavour - ready in no time thanks to your Daewoo air fryer!
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2-3 tbsp curry paste
- 400g chickpeas
- 400g chopped tomatoes
To serve:
Cooked rice, chopped coriander, sliced red chilli

Instructions:
- Preheat your Daewoo air fryer to 200°C.
- Toss sweet potato in oil and cook for 15 mins.
- Add onion and cook for 5 more mins.
- Stir in ginger and garlic, cook for 2 mins.
- Add curry paste and chickpeas, cook for 4–5 mins.
- Stir in tomatoes and cook for 8–12 mins until tender.
- Serve with rice, coriander, and chilli.

Air Fryer Onion Bhajis
Crispy, golden, and totally irresistible - the perfect side to complete your curry night!
Makes: 8 bhajis

Prep: 40 mins | Cook: ~20 mins
Ingredients:
- 3 small onions, thinly sliced
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger, chopped
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 10g coriander, chopped
- 50g gram flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
To serve:
Mango chutney

Instructions:
- Season onions with salt, scrunch, and let sit for 30 mins. Drain well.
- Mix in remaining ingredients and enough water to form a thick batter.
- Preheat your Daewoo air fryer to 190°C.
- Line basket with baking paper, scoop in batter, and cook for 12-15 mins, flipping halfway.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with mango chutney.
