Carrot & Coriander Soup

Ingredients:
1 small potato, peeled and chopped
400g carrots, peeled and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
600ml vegetable stock
1 handful fresh coriander
Instructions:
- Pop everything except the coriander into your Daewoo Soup Maker.
- Make sure you stay below the “MAX” line.
- Select the “Smooth” setting and let the magic happen.
- Once it’s done, toss in the coriander and blend again.
- Serve with a sprinkle of black pepper (optional but delicious!).

Air Fryer Meatballs
Servings: 25 meatballs

Prep: 20 mins | Cook : ~12 mins
Ingredients:
4 pork sausages (skins removed)
500g beef mince
½ medium onion, finely chopped
50g parmesan, finely grated
50g fresh breadcrumbs
Handful of parsley, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Mix everything in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll into 25 bite-sized balls and chill for 20 minutes.
- Preheat your Daewoo air fryer to 180°C.
- Cook the meatballs for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with pasta and tomato sauce - or get creative!

Top tip: Have you tried a meatball wrap the next day. It’s messy, indulgent, and totally worth it.
Slow Cooker Pumpkin & Beef Stew
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
900g cubed beef
1 tbsp tomato purée
500ml beef stock
1 tsp dried oregano
1 sprig fresh thyme
200ml red wine
1 bay leaf
900g cubed pumpkin or butternut squash
Instructions:
- Sauté the onions in olive oil until soft, then add garlic for a minute.
- Brown the beef with a pinch of salt, then stir in the tomato purée.
- Transfer everything to your Daewoo slow cooker.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook low and slow.
- Serve with warm bread rolls and a big smile.
