Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Calories per serving: ~ 320 Kcal
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins

Ingredients:
900g Chicken wings
50g parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbs olive oil

 


Instructions:

1. Toss the chicken wings in the olive oil, garlic, and grated Parmesan.

2. Pop them in your Daewoo air fryer at 200°C for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.

3. Serve with veggie sticks or a simple salad.

 


 

 

Lemon Herb Salmon

 

Servings: 4
Calories per serving: ~ 350 kcal
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins

 

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary

 


Instructions:

  1. Season the salmon fillets with the lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary.
  1. Place in your Daewoo Air fryer at 190°C for 15–18 minutes.

  2. Pair with microwave rice or roasted baby potatoes.

Chilli Con Carne

 

Servings: 6
Calories per serving: ~290 kcal
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 6-8 hrs

 

Ingredients:
750g beef mince
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 can kidney beans
1 cube dark chocolate

 


Instructions:

 

  1. Add all ingredients to your Daewoo slow cooker. Stir well.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 8. Stir occasionally.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with rice or tortilla chips.

 


 

 

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

 

Servings: 4
Calories per serving: 546 kcal
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 4-8 hrs

 

Ingredients:
3 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 oranges, juice only
¼ tsp salt
600g boneless pork shoulder joint, rind removed

 

Instructions:

  1. Add the tomato purée, paprika, orange juice, salt, & 4 tbsp cold water to your Daewoo slow cooker and stir well.
  2. Add the pork to the slow cooker, season with black pepper and mix.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours, or LOW for 6-8 hours.
  4. Use two forks to break up the pork.
  5. Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.
