Air Fryer Mummy Brownies

These ghoulish goodies are to-die-for! Perfect for little monsters and grown-up goblins alike.

Ingredients:

  • Brownie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp water

To Decorate:

  • Icing sugar
  • Water
  • Edible eyes

Instructions:

  1. Mix your brownie batter as instructed on the pack.
  1. Line your Daewoo Air Fryer tray with greaseproof paper and pour in the batter.
  1. Set your Air Fryer to 180°C and cook for 25 minutes.
  1. Cool on a rack, then slice into spooky squares.
  1. Mix icing sugar with water until it’s ghostly white and drizzle like mummy bandages.
  1. Add two edible eyes to each brownie - they’re watching you!

Air Fryer Pumpkin Pancakes

Don’t let those pumpkin guts go to waste – whip up a batch of these golden pancakes instead!

Ingredients:

  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 240g pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 120ml milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  1. Combine and stir until just mixed, no over-mixing or you’ll wake the spirits!
  1. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  1. Add heaped tablespoons of batter into your lined Daewoo Air Fryer tray.
  1. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  1. Top with golden syrup or your favorite ghoulish garnish.

Witches’ Brew - Pea & Bacon Soup

Double, double, soup and bubble! This eerie green potion is perfect for warming up on a chilly Halloween night.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 650g frozen peas
  • 750ml vegetable stock
  • 6 rashers streaky bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except the bacon and butter) to your Daewoo Soup Maker.
  1. Select the “Chunky” setting and let the magic happen.
  1. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a pan or your Daewoo Air Fryer until crispy.
  1. Once the soup cycle is complete, stir in the butter and season to taste.
  1. Serve in cauldrons (or bowls!) and sprinkle the bacon bits on top.
