Sunshine Smoothie
If you’ve dragged yourself out of bed for work or you’re looking for something to start the day in the garden, this little cup of sunshine will put some pep in your step!
The fresh ginger has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and helps digestion, eases bloating and supports the immune system. The cashew nuts are a good source of healthy fats, protein and fibre.

Ingredients
- 500ml carrot juice
- 200g pineapple
- 2 bananas
- Small piece of ginger
- 20g cashew nuts
- Juice of a lime
Tip: whizz up with some ice for a creamy, cold treat!

Simple Green Juice
A hangover cure like no other. This green juice is refreshing and packed with goodness that will have you feeling better in no time.
There is no end to the benefits of spinach. Rich in vitamins, folate, iron, fibre, antioxidants and much more. Improve your heart health, digestion, iron levels and bone health with this superfood.

Ingredients
- 2.5cm root ginger
- 50g spinach
- ½ cucumber
- 1 granny smith apple
- ½ lemon
Tip: batch blend this ahead of time and keep in the fridge. You can even freeze individual doses in an ice cube tray, so you never run out!

Coffee Smoothie
Get your caffeine, protein and fibre fix all in one go.
Adding a frozen banana adds a delicious creaminess and a whole load of goodness. Bananas are packed with potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and fibre, and they can aid indigestion, heart health, and exercise recovery.

Ingredients
- A cup of cold coffee
- Milk of choice
- Oats
- Frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Tip: Add dates for extra fibre!

Smoothies are the easiest (and tastiest) way to pack more fruit and veg into your day. You don’t need fancy ingredients or loads of time. In fact, make these ahead of time and store in a jug in the fridge so you can grab and go!
